Charles R. Wolf & Associates is a privately owned law firm serving Will County and the greater southwestern suburban Chicago area. Although most of our clients come from Joliet , Plainfield and nearby communities, we also serve clients in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Grundy, and Kankakee Counties . Our office is located in the historic Rialto Building in downtown Joliet , one block from the Will County Courthouse.
Our office was opened in 2003 when its founder, Attorney Wolf, decided to leave his position at a law firm in downtown Chicago and set forth on his own. Every year, our clientele has grown and the results have been quite favorable.
Currently, our focus is on Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate transactions, and Probate law, including Wills and Trusts. (See Practice Areas.) Other types of cases are sometimes taken on to accommodate clients.
Most of the legal work is performed by Mr. Wolf, but he has the assistance of two able colleagues who are “of counsel” to the firm. Clients may sometimes be referred to these attorneys or to other attorneys with whom Mr. Wolf works closely.
From the beginning, it was the goal of Mr. Wolf to provide high-quality legal services at reasonable prices, and to listen closely to what clients have to say. We are never too busy to take your call or to make time for you in our schedule. We would like an opportunity to serve you!
